There were 19 very busy artists at the Wayland VFW last week! They were creating art projects based on art from the deserts of the Southwest, the Australian Outback and Egypt. The artists learned about the desert regions as well as creating fantastic projects using many different techniques and a wide variety of art mediums. They featured their art accomplishments on the final day with an art display for family and friends. The VFW served ice cream sundaes and sweet treats to complement the display. We are very grateful to the VFW in Wayland for letting us turn their facility into a hustling bustling art studio for a week each summer!
